I’m not just a hairstylist…

I’m Just Chad

Yes, Charlie’s Angels probably came to mind if you witnessed the craziness, bright colors and spandex of the 80’s or 90’s. I am unregretfully quirky but that’s where our similarities come to an abrupt end …my name is just Chad (no ‘the’ included). I’m passionate about hair but I love to talk about goals in your life as well, I mean we spend a lot of time together - so why not make the best of it? I love talking about this beautiful world, moving forward in life and seeing what we can achieve together, as well as those sweet beach curls. Preferably the ones you can actually brush.

Today I will not stress over the things I can’t control

Yes I Donate and So Do You

My sister passed away 5 years ago, and trying to help a community close to home really helps the world go around. Every October, I donate $3 from every appointment to the BC Schizophrenia Society, and for the month of November I donate 3$ to the Movember foundation because it hits close to home for wayyy too many people. Check out my blog for an explanation.

Love yourself. Be clear on how you want to be treated. Know your worth. Always.

The brands are here for a damn reason. I’ve been trained on quite a few and have branched out a couple of times (try new things? yes please!) but always seem to return to the brands I have fallen in love with: Kevin Murphy, Cezanne, Redkin, and Kerastace.

I chose these products because you can find something for any hair type and personality. They cover all the bases, from eco-friendly (there is no planet-b) to keeping your hair damn straight on day 3. I care, get it?

A brand is the set of expectations, memories, stories and relationships that, taken together, account for a consumer’s decision to choose one product or service over another.

My Spot

Everyone always goes “oh I may have seen the salon”… no, no you haven’t. Unless you have come to say “Hey” because we are on the 8th floor of the Jameson House in Vancouver.

You wear your hair everyday and it doesn’t matter if you see me, it matters that you get your hair the way you want and connect with the stylist.
